Women Supporting Women Webinar Series
Insight. Access. Opportunity.
The Women Supporting Women Workshop Series connects women with professionals working across trades, STEM, and technical industries. Each session provides practical insight into career pathways, workplace realities, and strategies for entering and advancing in high-demand fields.
This series expands visibility, strengthens professional networks, and supports workforce development across our region.
About the Series
The Women Supporting Women Workshop Series was created to expand access to trades and technical skill development in a welcoming, women-centered environment.
Across many skilled trades and technical industries, women remain underrepresented. These workshops are designed to reduce barriers to entry by offering beginner-friendly, hands-on experiences that build confidence, familiarity with tools, and exposure to technical learning spaces.
Participants gain practical skills, connect with instructors, and explore pathways to further training, certifications, and career opportunities.
This initiative supports both individual growth and regional workforce development by increasing awareness of high-demand technical careers.
