The Academic Support Center provides computer spaces for students to take "Respondus" structured exams. For official proctoring, please contact the Billings Public Library. They office a fee based proctoring service. You can find information about proctoring at the .

No. Students can screen shot their appointments summaries or access 'My Documents' on their homepage of their Navigate App.
The services of the Academic Support Center are available free to all currently enrolled MSU Billings students, including those at City College and those taking online classes. Tutoring is provided through student fees.
Computers and printing are available for current MSUB students in the ASC on the university campus and at City College. Wireless access is also available. There is a charge for printing.
Many subjects, especially in Gen Ed Science, Math, and Writing are provided on a drop-in basis. Some subjects are available by appointment only. Please login to Navigate to view the schedule.

On the University campus, the ASC building is located on the first floor of the Student Union Building.
At City College, the ASC is located in the Tech Building off of the student commons area.
The ASC is staffed by student tutors who have successfully passed the courses, professional tutors with a college degree in their subject area, and graduate students.
All Microsoft Office products are available for student use, as well as the programs needed for math and business classes. Additional programs needed for City College courses are available in the ASC at City College.
We can help troubleshoot basic issues. However, more complex difficulties should be addressed by the IT Student Helpdesk in COE 401 or at 247-5700. Online issues should be referred to msubonline@msubillings.edu.
Yes. There is a charge and students must use their U-Card.
