An Exhibition by Stephanie Dishno
What We Hold On To reflects on intimacy, memory, and the passage of time, capturing the
fleeting, tender, and messy threads that connect us to one another. The work explores
shared lives, gestures, and experiences, revealing the complexity and impermanence
of
human connection.
Stephanie Dishno is an artist and educator based in Billings, Montana, where she is
an
Assistant Professor at à±ßäÂþ».
From 2020–2023, Stephanie worked as an artisan at Studio Greytak and completed a two-
year long-term residency at the Clay Studio of Missoula, where she also served as
Studio
Manager and Co-Founder of Wildfire Ceramic Studio. She has held short-term residencies
at Red Lodge Clay Center and was Co-Director of FrontierSpace Gallery in Missoula.
Stephanie holds a BFA from Herron School of Art and Design, a Post-Baccalaureate from
the University of Alaska Anchorage, and an MFA from the University of Montana.
